CANCELLATION POLICY

Same day cancellations and no call no shows are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service missed in order to rebook. I give a 10 minute grace period if you are running late, but if you go over 10 minutes you are considered a no show and are subject to a 50% fee. Multiple cancellations or being late will be booked from blocking.
